Frequently Asked Questions

  • Where are sessions held?
    Outdoor sessions are held on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. After booking, clients receive my location guide which will take you through my preferred locations including beaches, stunning clifftops and forests. If you have another spot in mind, please let me know as I may be able to accommodate this. Please note that I do not have a studio. Indoor sessions will be held at your home. Locations beyond 30km from Mount Martha will incur a travel fee - please contact me for a quote.
  • Are pets able to be included in our session?
    I LOVE animals so this is pretty much always going to be a YES from me, as long as animals are permitted at the location. Please be aware that you will be responsible for your pet and their behaviour. If you have a fur baby that you would like to include in our session, please let me know ahead of time.
  • What is the booking process?
    You can contact me via my website, by email, phone, or private message on instagram or facebook. Once we have a suitable date, I will email you through your booking documents which includes your invoice, contract, detailed questionnaire and session guide. A 50% non-refundable retainer (30% for my combined Bump to Baby package) is required to secure your booking, along with your signed contract. Your retainer needs to be paid within 48 hours or your date may be given to someone else. If for some reason you need this 48 hours extended, please feel free to discuss this with me.
  • How do I receive my images?
    You will be emailed a link to your Selection/Proofing Gallery which is a curated gallery of all the best images from the session (usually 50 + images for a full session). These images are generally unedited (or minimal editing) and watermarked and you will usually receive it within 3 business days. From here you 'favourite' the photos that you wish to receive as part of your package and email your favourites list back to me. I then fully edit each one of your selected photos. You can expect to receive your completed gallery within 4 weeks of sending your selections, as long as there are no outstanding payments. Please note that all photos included in your collection will be high-res digital images, not prints.
  • Can I purchase extra images?
    Each package includes a set amount of digital images included in the package price. If upon viewing your Proofing/Selection Gallery you decide you would like more, additional images can be purchased either in singles or in bundles, as per below; $25 per image 5 additional images for $75 10 additional images for $100 20 additional images for $140 You also have the option to upgrade to purchase your full gallery, and this price will depend on how many images are in your gallery. All of this information and pricing will be in the email you receive with the link to your proofing gallery.
  • Can I get all of the raw / unedited images from our session?
    I do not provide the raw images. Each image that you receive will be thoughtfully and carefully edited to reflect my style and my best work.
